CBackup will retain users’ data stored in CBackup Cloud and its associated tasks. Only in the following situations, CBackup will clear user's data stored in CBackup Cloud and delete its associated tasks.
CBackup assigns different grace periods to different accounts. The grace period is intended as a way for you to buy or renew a subscription without impacting your existing data. It is not a guarantee that your data will be retained.
The retention policy only covers data backed up to our secure online backup storage – CBackup Cloud and its associated tasks. The data backed up to other public clouds and its associated tasks created through CBackup are not covered by this retention policy. CBackup will retain them forever for you.
Below are the grace periods of different accounts and the measures you can take to retain your data.

After the grace period ends, CBackup will delete the data stored in CBackup Cloud and its associated tasks. The data deleted from CBackup Cloud cannot be recovered.
To avoid data loss, please subscribe to CBackup or take other corresponding measures before the grace period ends.
