This article will introduce how to use and manage your CBackup cloud in CBackup.
CBackup Cloud is a cost-effective and secure online backup space designed specifically for storing backups of your computers created by CBackup. When you sign up and log in to a CBackup account, you automatically gain access to CBackup Cloud.
Location and Security: CBackup Cloud servers are located in the United States and are staffed every hour of every day of the year with top-notch security features. This ensures that your data is stored securely and is accessible whenever you need it.
Free Storage Space: CBackup Cloud offers 5GB of free storage space to store backup data. This allows users to get started with their backups without incurring additional costs.
Subscription Options: If you require more storage space beyond the free 5GB, you can subscribe for additional cloud space.
Backup with CBackup Desktop App: You can easily back up your local data to CBackup Cloud using the CBackup desktop app.

1. Sign in your CBackup desktop app then click the Storage tab. Then you’ll see CBackup Cloud in the Cloud list. You can check the used /total space of CBackup Cloud.
Tips: You can also click the Refresh button to update the used/total space of CBackup Cloud.
2. Click View then you can see all your backup files in CBackup Cloud, you can choose one of them to open to find a file you want. And you can view the file type, file name, file size, and file Date Modified of a specific file.
Tips: You can also directly sign in CBackup web app to view CBackup Cloud.
You can open the backup folder, and then download it/them. Currently, CBackup only supports downloading file/files from CBackup Cloud, folder/folders cannot be downloaded from CBackup Cloud.
The downloaded files will be stored in the download path set by the browser by default.
Or you can also click here to restore.
You can choose the files you want to download and then click the blue download button on the top-right to download them.
Besides this, You can also move the cursor on the file you want to download and then click the download button to download a single file.
And you can also check the download progress in the Download list pop-up.
On the Download list pop-up, you can also click the trash icon to clear your download history.
Besides this, you can also view the backup versions of backup files.
You can find the file which you want to check and then move the cursor on it, next, click the clock icon to open the version list window to view.
In the version list window, you can view all backup versions of the file and click the download icon on the file you want to download to the local disk.
Tips: Not every backup produces a new backup version file, and the backup generates a new version file only when the source file has changed. If the file is not changed at the time of the next backup, no new backup version is generated.
You can click the arrows icon on the right of Name, Size, and Date modified to sort these listed files in ascending or descending order by Name, Size, or Date modified. Arrangement rules are the same as Windows.
CBackup Cloud does not currently support the direct deletion of backup files. But you can delete the backup files corresponding to the tasks from CBackup Cloud by deleting the related backup tasks.
Besides this, the data you saved in CBackup Cloud will be deleted automatically in a period if you don't need to use CBackup anymore, please don't worry.

CBackup Cloud offers 5GB free storage space to store backup data.
For a free account, the available CBackup Cloud storage space is 5GB, until it is used up; For a CBackup Basic account, the available CBackup Cloud storage space is 1000GB, and until it is used up; For a CBackup Premium account, the available CBackup Cloud storage space is 5000GB, until used up.
For a free account, when the trial of CBackup Cloud has expired, you can't continue to save the backup to CBackup Cloud. And, the backups created during the subscription period will be retained for 7 days. So, you can restore them in 7 days. After 7 days, all backups will be deleted if you don't subscribe it.
For a paid account, when the subscription of CBackup Cloud has expired, you can't continue to save the backup to CBackup Cloud. And, the backups created during the subscription period will be retained 90 days. So, you can restore them in 90 days. After 90 days, all backups will be deleted if you don't subscribe it.
We will send early warning emails about data deletion before deleting data. The mechanism for sending early warning emails is as follows:
If you want to continue using CBackup, please upgrade your CBackup account to a paid account as soon as possible, then your data stored in CBackup Cloud will continue to be retained. If you do not want to continue using CBackup, please migrate your data stored in CBackup Cloud to another place as soon as possible (such as downloading the data to a local disk) or restore them.
